    Come and unwind with Daniela, a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and writer, at her mindfulness and journaling workshop.

    This event is a great opportunity to meet her and enjoy a relaxing and nourishing mindfulness session where you’ll learn how to nurture your inner self with care and intention one breath at a time.

    What to expect: In this 60 minute session, Daniela will guide you through some gentle mindfulness meditations that will help you reconnect with yourself and cultivate a ground for growth, with more courage and confidence. She will then share some journaling prompts to help you gain clarity and perspective, allowing you to focus on what truly matters for you.

    Daniela's priority is to create a warm, friendly and non-judgmental space and allow you to journal and meditate with comfort and ease. She’ll invite you to share any thoughts or reflections you may have but there’s no pressure to share your writing.

    What to bring: Your favorite journal and pen, Water

    Wear comfortable and non-restrictive clothes.

    Don't worry if you don't have any mindfulness or journaling experience - Daniela will be supporting you every step of the way.

    Important info: Mindfulness is considered a safe practice. However, mindfulness sessions are not intended to be used as therapy, in place of therapy or as a replacement of medication.     An Elemental Yoga Flow is a transformative journey that intertwines the essence of the natural elements with the fluidity of yoga movement, creating balance between body, mind, and spirit. This unique practice is designed to deepen your connection to the natural world through movement, breath, and visualization, inviting you to explore the fundamental qualities of earth, water, fire, and air within yourself. Each workshop is an invitation to explore and harmonize with one of the four elements within and around you. Learn how to ground yourself like the earth, flow with the ease of water, ignite your passion like fire, and move freely like the air around you.

  • Sound Bath

    Come join in for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience like no other. You can use your regular class card or a drop in class ($25). We’ll start out with some gentle flowing and stretching and then you’ll be invited to find a comfortable savasana position in order to absorb the healing sounds of bowls, bells, vocalizations, and other healing vibrations. Plan to leave feeling centered, calm, and rejuvenated. Learn more here.

  • Yoga Nidra

    First Fridays

    Guided Savasana meditation. The first part of the practice is dedicated to gentle stretches and movements to get the prana flowing. The second part is Yoga Nidra, where you will be guided into a sensory journey to build greater body awareness, then into visualizations or affirmations.
