Low Impact Chair Flow

We will use a folding chair to raise the floor and bring more ease and freedom of movement into our flow practice. Designed for all levels, this session will include classic standing poses, modified sun salutations, balance poses, and stretches on the floor or chair. This is your chance to discover that you can indeed get a good yoga workout while protecting your joints with the simple addition of a chair within your flow practice.
NEW CLASS! Flow & Restore

(combining the formerly separate Slow Flow and Restorative classes)
This class combines the invigorating benefits of Slow Flow Yoga with the rejuvenating foundation of Restorative Yoga. Sometimes starting with a slow flow vinyasa practice that leads into a restorative practice and sometimes, interspersing the modalities, this class will always serve up a satisfying combination of workout and relaxation.
The full Restorative Yoga class will now alternate with Yin class on Wednesdays at 7:15 PM
