Daniela is a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and writer. Her approach is human-centred and a blend of different techniques including: NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping. 

She can help you with stress and anxiety.

Daniela is on a mission to help people navigate through the ups and downs of life with more awareness, self-compassion, resilience and courage. She believes in honoring people's full humanity, identities and lived experiences and teaching them practical and effective tools to better take care of themselves and their wellbeing.

Daniela is Italian but has lived in London for the past 11 years before relocating to Seattle. She loves pizza, all things matcha, the sea and her kitten Coconut.

HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is the therapeutic use of hypnosis to help you change unwanted habits and support you with a variety of conditions such as anxiety, stress, fear or phobias, panic attacks and more. It can also be used to help boost your self-esteem and confidence, improve your ability to relax, increase your sports performance and even your ability to speak in public.

Hypnosis is a state of focused awareness usually accompanied by a relaxation technique. We all experience various depths of hypnosis throughout the day. Ever driven somewhere but forgotten the journey? That's a form of hypnosis.
People often describe hypnosis as feeling similar to daydreaming - neither fully awake or asleep. This is also known as the trance state. Being in a trance feels comfortable and relaxing. In this calm state, you become more receptive to the positive suggestions I'll offer you and more open to embracing new ways of dealing with the challenges you're experiencing.

    TRAUMA INFORMED HYPNOTHERAPY
    6 sessions $960 ($160 per session)
    This includes recordings of all 6 hypnotherapy sessions that you can listen to again and again as an ongoing tool.

    You can pay weekly or in a block of 2 or 3 instalments. Payment needs to be made ahead of each session.

    My hypnotherapy sessions are a collaboration between you and me. My work is about meeting you where you are, exploring why you're caught up in those unhelpful patterns and teaching you how to successfully move forward and carve out a fresh path.

    It’s about understanding yourself deeply, creating a strong and supportive mindset and embracing the good, the bad and the in-between in a way that feels more meaningful to you.

    You will learn practical tools to help you overcome your challenges so that you can move forward in life with more courage, confidence and ease.

    I can help you with stress and anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, unwanted habits, negative beliefs, fears and phobias; as well as with confidence boosting, and performance enhancement.
