Keren Eshed

Keren is dedicated to supporting others in reconnecting with their wholeness through the practices of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and yoga philosophy. Her teaching is trauma-informed, accessible, and rooted in compassion.

After beginning her career in law, Keren was drawn to the healing and transformation she experienced through yoga. She eventually left the legal field to immerse herself in study and practice, including time in India and training in yoga therapy.

Keren holds a Master’s in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University and additional training in Somatic Experiencing. She has shared yoga in a wide range of settings—wellness centers, community spaces, and private sessions. Her classes invite students to connect inward, build resilience, and embody self-compassion.
