Our seasonal mantra is one that exalts the sun, dispels darkness in its literal and figurative form: Om Sum Suryaya Namaha

A short and simple chant that celebrates awakening and dispels ignorance, it is also a good one to end a morning/afternoon meditation. It’s often repeated 108 times.
