Summer Mantra 2026 - Pavamana (Purification) Mantra

Our quarterly mantra is a beautiful prayer, and a powerful invocation of our deeper selves to step out of the darkness and into light; transmute falsehoods into truths, and immortalize these transformations within ourselves.

Intonation key

  • lower case: mid-tone

  • lower case underlined: lower tone (1 step lower than mid-tone

  • UPPER CASE: higher tone (1/2 step higher than mid-tone for vedic, 1 whole step for Deva)

  • syllables without hyphen: double-time (faster)

  • syllables with hyphen: regular time

  • double-letter: hold the tone longer
