We will use a folding chair to raise the floor and bring more ease and freedom of movement into our flow practice. Designed for all levels, this session will include classic standing poses, modified sun salutations, balance poses, and stretches on the floor or chair. This is your chance to discover that you can indeed get a good yoga workout while protecting your joints with the simple addition of a chair within your flow practice.
