Gentle Yoga

This class is for yogis at any experience level who would like a gentle practice. Somewhere between chair and unwind yoga, Gentle Yoga will offer slow progressions through a set of gentle asanas, without holding any one position for too long, but without moving too fast either. This class is perfect for when you are interested in a light practice that will help you to connect to your body, mind, spirit, and breath, in a supportive and accessible way
